July 19th That is right, the highest of Gay High Holy Days is upon us again! Come and join us and show your Bear Pride as we take part in the San Diego Pride Parade! We plan to have a flatbed truck in the parade this year, so we need as many bears as we can get to ride on the truck and show everyone who we are. In lieu of our own booth at the festival this year, The Leather Realm has generously allowed us to join them, so keep an eye out for us! Join us Saturday night, July 19th for our Annual Pride Pool Party Fundraiser, graciously hosted by Bears San Diego founder Wayne D. We are asking for a $10 suggested donation to help us cover our Pride costs. This will be a potluck dinner, so here is what to bring (based on the first letter of your last name) A - K Salad/Side Appetizer L-Z Main Course Directions: Directions from Hillcrest: Take 163 northbound to I-8. Merge onto I-8 going east. Take the Fairmount Avenue exit toward Mission Gorge Road. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Fairmount Avenue. Turn slight right onto ramp. Merge onto Montezuma Road. Turn right onto 54th St. Turn right onto Faber Way. Turn right onto Prosperity Lane. Turn right onto Defiance Way. Turn left onto Countryside Drive. Park wherever you can. |
